Representatives from the Wisconsin Foundation for the Arts will select award winners in the following categories:

• Wisconsin individuals who have made exceptional financial or personal contributions to the arts;
• Wisconsin corporations or businesses that have demonstrated exemplary support for the arts;
• Wisconsin community organizations that have created or maintained outstanding projects in the arts; and
• Wisconsin professional arts administrator with twenty-five (25) or more years of distinguished service to the field, fifteen years or more of which has been in Wisconsin.
